The Lakes Region TEA Party will meet at 7 PM on Tuesday June 20, 2017, at the Moultonborough Library. Note that our meeting this month is Tuesday, not our usual Wednesday. Fr. Michael Carl will speak about Islam, Sharia Law, and the US Constitution.
Most Americans know about our Constitution. Most Americans have little knowledge of Islam and Sharia Law, how they affect Muslims and non-Muslims, or how they compare with our Constitution.
Fr. Carl has studied the US Constitution, Sharia Law, the Islamic Holy Books, the Quran and the Hadith. His presentation will help familiarize the audience with Islam, Muhammed, and the similarities, differences, and compatibility between the US Constitution, Sharia Law, and Christianity.
Fr. Carl regularly speaks on this topic. He is a priest and pastor of a church in Massachusetts. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in History/Political Science and two Masters’ Degrees focusing on culture and world religions, and education in a multi-cultural setting. He has 15 years of journalism experience, writing on terrorism, Islam, ISIS, human rights, foreign policy, and the various civil wars around the world.
The Moultonborough Library is located at 4 Holland Street, Moultonborough, NH. The public is invited to attend to listen, learn, and respectfully participate in our discussions.
